Prices 2014

Low season

1/11– 31/03 (excluding Christmas – New Year and Easter  which is 2.500 euro)

Mid season

01/04 - 15/06 & 15/09 - 31/10    

€ 2.150,00

High season

15/06 - 15/09  

€ 2.700,00

Whole month rental   - 5%

Week end offer - ( only in low season)  650,00€ week end

Prices include  1 set of towels - 1  set of bed linen  - Final cleaning Prices do not include Heating = 150 euro per week (only in the winter months) - Lighting-gas - Hot water  =  100 euro per week - (Payable to the proprietor on arrival.)

Deposit 500€ – payable on  arrival and refundable (any extra services requested by the client will be deducted from the 500€ Deposit) – breakages etc

Extra Daily cleaning 10 euro/ hr  - Mid-week change linen and towels (on request)  15 euro per person
